The Solution

Versatile Commerce entered the engagement with AGC after a partially implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central deployment; only 20% of the groundwork had been laid by the previous vendor. Taking full ownership, our team ensured a seamless transition and steered the project toward a successful completion.

Leveraging our deep expertise as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner, we developed a Microsoft partner solution and completed the full-scale rollout within just four months. This rapid execution enabled AGC to quickly experience tangible improvements in operational efficiency while avoiding business disruptions.

Key modules within Dynamics 365 Business Central were configured to address AGC’s core needs. The finance module centralised AGC’s multi-currency financials, offering real-time visibility and accurate reporting across regional entities. The inventory management system streamlined stock control with real-time synchronisation critical for a business handling premium, design-led materials. Supply chain functionality was enhanced for greater visibility, enabling smarter procurement and logistics across global markets. The warehousing capabilities ensured real-time tracking, efficient fulfilment, and reduced operational lag.

In parallel, we executed a seamless Salesforce to Dynamics 365 integration, eliminating data silos and aligning CRM with ERP.
