Key modules within Dynamics 365 Business Central were configured to address AGC’s core needs. The finance module centralised AGC’s multi-currency financials, offering real-time visibility and accurate reporting across regional entities. The inventory management system streamlined stock control with real-time synchronisation critical for a business handling premium, design-led materials. Supply chain functionality was enhanced for greater visibility, enabling smarter procurement and logistics across global markets. The warehousing capabilities ensured real-time tracking, efficient fulfilment, and reduced operational lag.

In parallel, we executed a seamless Salesforce to Dynamics 365 integration, eliminating data silos and aligning CRM with ERP. This synchronisation gave AGC’s teams access to unified, real-time customer and operational data, significantly improving responsiveness, client servicing, and interdepartmental collaboration.

The entire solution was hosted on Azure Cloud, offering AGC a scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure. Azure’s compliance-ready architecture ensured robust data protection, while its elasticity supported AGC’s expansion plans without infrastructure overheads.

To equip leadership with actionable intelligence, we embedded Power BI into the ERP ecosystem. This enabled real-time reporting across financials, supply chain performance, and project-level metrics, translating complex datasets into intuitive dashboards for faster, smarter decision-making.

Following go-live, a three-month stabilisation phase was undertaken to fine-tune the system. Our team continuously resolved minor challenges, optimised system performance, and ensured the platform was enterprise-ready for global rollout.

Comprehensive training was delivered to 10 key AGC users, supported by ongoing technical assistance. This ensured end-user confidence, rapid internal adoption, and long-term performance of the deployed solution.
