Versatile Commerce developed a comprehensive solution comprising a web and mobile app for inspectors and clients, and an admin panel for centralised monitoring.

PropChk’s complex and unique challenges necessitated out-of-box thinking and technological innovation by Versatile Commerce. The team’s breakthrough came when they designed their application to consider every room as a house. This limited the data size and enabled structured data segregation, resolving connectivity, access, and efficiency issues. Inspection time was reduced from 6-7 hours to one hour. This segregation remained hidden from the client with no negative impact on the user experience.

The Integrated application allows inspectors to perform their tasks optimally via a web and mobile app, capturing data, images, and videos as they progress. Simultaneously, the client can track progress in the mobile app, view ongoing inspection reports, monitor inspection status, and communicate with inspectors in real time.

The administrative panel centrally monitors every inspection activity, facilitating quality control, data processing, and validation, thus ensuring inspections proceed smoothly until completion. This solution streamlined communication and transparency between inspectors and clients and simplified the process at both ends.

Given that the inspection reports serve as critical points of engagement with the end-users, team created reports containing detailed information presented in an easy-to-understand and visually appealing format, with an intuitive user experience.

PropChk also aimed to embed video files in the PDF report, playable without leaving the document. This required a couple of months of research, which Versatile Commerce achieved. As the PDFs were large due to multiple images and videos, Versatile Commerce optimised the reports on-the-fly based on the device and network, for example sharing shorter versions with the mobile users, enabling them to access the reports anywhere, anytime.

Technologies utilised included Angular, React Native, and MongoDB, enabling seamless platform integration and functionality. Through close collaboration, Versatile Commerce’s skilled team crafted bespoke solutions for PropChk, addressing challenges that couldn’t be resolved by off-the-shelf alternatives.
